INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Wash the hair thoroughly. Do not use shampoo.
2. Apply the bleaching mixture 1/2 inch away from the scalp and leave up to 20 minutes.
3.Check the hair every 10 minutes until desired level of bleach is achieved.
4. Do not leave powder for too long for it may caused damage and dryness to the hair.
5. Wash the hair with shampoo and conditioner.
MIXTURE: Generally requires a ratio of 1 ounce of powdered bleach, the content of single packet to 2.5 ounce of oxidizing
