HOW TO USE:

Step 1: Stamp the triangle side on the outer corner of the eyes to mark the end of the wing.
Step 2: Drag it down toward your lash line.
Step 3: Using the pen tip on the other end, line your eyes from inner corner to outer corner to complete the rest of the line.
